5. Variations and Hidden Conditions
Construction environments may reveal concealed structural issues, deterioration, or non-compliant prior work.

6. Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by restricted access, client instructions, or third-party interference may result in revised project schedules and costs.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Structure

7.2 Overdue Accounts
Failure to settle invoices within agreed timeframes may result in suspension of work and recovery action. Materials supplied remain our property until paid in full.

9. Workmanship and Defects

10. Risk and Liability
